Delivery Process
Once you’ve selected your preferred digital wedding invitation design—whether a video or card—reach out to us via WhatsApp or message us directly at +91 97890 79555 to confirm your order.
Please note: the layout, design, text placement, and font styles will remain as shown in the sample video or card.
Customization Policy
Customization for existing templates (where pricing is specified) includes changes to names, venue, date, and photos (applicable for video invites only). Any design changes beyond these will not be entertained.
Each order includes one round of text revisions. Further changes will incur additional charges.
Upon finalizing the design, a requirement form specific to your selected invitation will be shared. Kindly complete and return it promptly.
For video invitations, please send high-resolution, straight-facing, smiling photos of the bride and groom, and couple images if the design requires it.
File Delivery
- Video Invitations: Delivered in both WhatsApp-optimized and high-definition .mp4 formats.
- Digital Cards: Delivered in JPEG or PDF format, based on your preference. Check out our FAQ page - https://wedinvite.net/contact-us/Â for answers to common questions.
If you need changes beyond standard text and photo customization, please inform us in advance so we can provide a revised quote.
Payment Terms
After quotation approval, we will share our bank details, Google Pay, and PhonePe numbers. You may use any preferred payment method.
To begin work:
- A 50% advance payment is required for orders using displayed pricing.
- For custom invitations, the 50% advance is based on the agreed total amount.
Work begins only after receiving the initial payment.
Copyright Notice
All digital wedding invitations and animations created by Wedinvite are copyrighted and remain the intellectual property of the company. Each product will feature a discreet Wedinvite branding logo to maintain brand integrity and visual appeal.
Our video invitations use Indian and international music, for which we do not own rights. If you wish to use a specific song, please mention it in advance as a special request.

Refund Policy
- A full refund is possible only if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase and no work has commenced.
- If Wedinvite is unable to deliver the final product, a full refund will be issued.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the digital invitation.
Ownership & Usage Rights
All content created by Wedinvite remains our intellectual property. Reproduction, modification, or broadcasting of any part of our work is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
Kindly note all our videos will have a small wedinvite logo on the top right corner of the video, and our phone number in faded color will appear on the last frame of the video.
Exclusive digital or print designs will be showcased on our website after your event date as part of our portfolio.
