Once you choose the video Design you like, you can contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9789079555 and finalize the version of the video which you need.

In case of exclusive video/print designs there will be a maximum of one set of edit requests per invitation. Additional edit requests shall incur additional costs per round. Customisation in already existing invites shall include only changes in names, venue, dates & photos (in videos), no changes in design will be accepted.

You have to e-mail the High-Resolution Pictures of Bride, Groom, and some Couple Pictures as per the Video design you have selected.

Wedinvite agrees to deliver the final product (based on Templates) within 05 business days from the purchase date. Should you require it on a specific date before the standard time, do let us know!

For the video invites we deliver a WhatsApp version, a YouTube version and an HD version (if needed, which can be displayed in the digital screen in the wedding hall) through the mail.

If you want Customization in the Video Design you have selected, let us know the customization so that we can quote you the final Amount.

As Wedding is “A once in a lifetime event” and “The most memorable event” in each person’s life, most of our customers prefer to go for an entirely customized video – based on their ‘journey of love’/’likes and interests’, their specialties’, etc.

If you want to tell your story in your style … we are there for you. Once we agree and finalise the style of the new customized video we will quote you the final Amount.

We maintain fixed pricing however under customized invites for video and print if you are looking for 2D/ illustration/caricature/storyline services then the prices are additional. The prices mentioned on our website are subject to change without notice.

Once we finalise on the quote, we will share you our bank details and google pay /phope pe. You may choose any channel of payment

All designs of the animations and the digital cards are copyright of Wedinvite. Wedinvite incorporates our company branding logo in all our products and will be as discrete as possible.

We use Indian and international lively music in our video invites, to which we do not own any rights. If you would like to add your favorite song, please do mention it as a special request.

A full refund of the payment will be provided only if the order has been canceled within 24 hours from the time of purchase. If we fail to deliver the videos, Wedinvite shall refund the full money received from you. The limit of Wedinvite’s liability shall not exceed the Invitation Purchase Price.

All work created shall remain the property of Wedinvite. Wedinvite reserves all reproduction rights. You cannot copy, broadcast, or modify any part of our work without the express, or written consent of wedinvite.

Exclusive video/ print designs, once completed will be posted on the website after the event date.
